1.  Como hago GM?  ya lo agrege al Admin List pero en char modifico el admin user level . guardo entro y no se guardo

You can edit whichever you need, to solve the problem, you need to know what is the issue. Character file cant be edited, on which part, try to find whichever functions that handles character file in HGServer.
