"World server is not active now."

Hi all,

I followed the guide here and got my server configured, now my only problem is, my client gets this message when I try to log in:

"World server is not active now. Try again later."

My Main, World, HG, and Gate Servers all say they're successfully connected and active. I am trying to simply run the server locally, so I haven't setup port forwarding with my firewall, since I am not trying to have external users connect to the server at this time.

If anyone would like to have a chat on Discord some time, I would greatly appreciate the help!
